- We aim to ship orders within 4 working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer. Deliveries are processed from Monday to Friday. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Any orders falling on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following working day.
- If you have not received your delivery in 15 working days, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Once the parcel had reached the destination country, any import duties and taxes are charged must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As these custom policies are varying from country to country, we do not have control over these charges. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you may contact your local customs office.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you check out as no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed. However, you may contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of order being placed, and we will try to change your provided delivery address accordingly.
- If you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will receive a notice card left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
- Express orders will be delivered by courier services and signature is required upon receiving the parcel. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will receive a notice card left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
- We do not recommend express delivery as the charges may be four times higher and it may take up to 8 working days or more depending on the courier services.
